Fundacion ’Si Se Puede' was born from a family culture of giving and reaching out to those less fortunate. It was a central part of Veronica’s background since an early age, back since her family and her shared Christmas eve together with the intern school where Yolanda volunteered as a teacher of arts and dancing. It goes back even further, back since Yolanda and Reinaldo rose amongst friends, money to celebrate thanksgiving and other holidays with children that would have otherwise been unable to afford it. It has deep roots in their family and is more than a belief or a value; it is who they are.
Having born in Barranquilla, Colombia a land of successful entrepreneurs and artists that are changing the world, Veronica is also committed to work alongside unprivileged children and families who are powerless about improving their lives and futures.
She holds a BA degree in International Businesses from Universidad del Norte, Colombia and studied at the American Language Program from Columbia University in the city of New York. She currently work as an Investor Relationship Manager in Markets Group-New York, and runs the Foundations USA Chapter since she arrived to America.
